Patch cords of any length custom manufacturing
The terminology for structured cabling system contains nowadays multiple denotations of cords for interconnecting SCS cable segments. They are called “patch-cords”, “patching cords”, “connecting cables”, “connecting cords”, “plug wires”, etc.
Such connecting cords are in essence branch cables with a connector on each side. Depending on the communication equipment type the cords can be fitted with different connectors: RG-11, Type 110 or Telco. To strengthen joints between connectors and cables, the modular jacks are covered by resin making them more flexible and secure while switching. Formed resin end caps can be of various colors and shapes.
